1. Online Courses

❌ Non-Refundable Policy

Once access to an online course has been granted (via download or login), the purchase is non-refundable.

This policy is in place due to the digital and non-returnable nature of the course content. We encourage you to review all course details, previews, and FAQs before purchasing.

✅ Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment (accidental double charges)
  • Technical issues preventing access to the course (with verification)
  • Incorrect course purchase, if no access or download has occurred

To request a refund in such cases, email us at support@vorldbox.com within 72 hours of purchase with your Order ID and a detailed explanation.

2. Live Webinars

✅ Cancellations by You
  • Full refunds are available if cancellation is requested 48 hours before the scheduled webinar start time.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the session.
  • No-shows during live webinars are considered as attended and are not refundable.

To cancel a webinar registration, email support@vorldbox.com with your Order ID and subject line “Webinar Cancellation Request”.

❌ Cancellations by Us

In rare cases where a webinar is canceled or rescheduled by our team:

  • You will be offered a full refund or
  • An option to transfer your registration to the new date or another session

3. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method (via Razorpay)
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider

4. Technical Issues

If you’re experiencing trouble accessing a course or a webinar you’ve paid for:

  • Contact us immediately at support@vorldbox.com
  • Our support team will work with you to resolve the issue or determine eligibility for a refund if access could not be provided
